The Bangladesh Ink Manufacturers’ & Exporters’ Association (BIMEA),formerly known as the Bangladesh Kali Prastutkarak Malik Samity, was established in 1989 with thirteen founding members. Founded by Mr. Md. Anwarul Kamal, Managing Director of Imperial Paints & Inks Ltd.
